5. Displaced people from areas prone to insecurity in Arid and Semi Arid Lands
6. Asylum seekers, street children, and emergency on cattle rustling
7. People suffering experiencing severe and multiple disadvantages e.g.the needy and vulnerable
8. People disadvantaged to access by geographical location e.g. rural and remote areas
9. The Elderly
10. Youths under 25yrs
11. The illiterate from 4yrs and beyond; pastoralists out of school children
12. Orphan siblings
13. Neglected, rejected & withdrawn children from the parents domestic violence and separation
14. Widows/widowers
15. Morans(warriors) conflict dispute
16. Shortcomings of Traditional African Education
17. Emerging CBC innovations; CBC Masomo ni Poa Project
18. Ending 8-4-4 scholarship program {4 years strategic plan; secondary school from Form 1- 4}
19. Supporting the most vulnerable, needy and disadvantaged students amongst the nomadic communities through Butterfly Sponsorship
